Structural Open-Plan Engineering & Deep Excavation
The transformation on Hamilton Way began with extensive site clearing and complex structural modifications. To merge the internal living areas into a single, seamless environment, the original rear walls were safely demolished under the support of heavy-duty RSJ steel beams. Simultaneously, the garden zone underwent deep excavation, stripping back old turf and dirt to lay down a heavily compacted aggregate sub-base, setting a perfectly level foundation for the extensive structural footings and upcoming drainage networks.
Premium Terraced Brickwork & Porcelain Patio Installation
Transitioning from the groundworks, our team constructed custom multi-level brick retaining walls that separate the lower entertainment space from the upper lawn. The patio floor was finished using high-end, large-format porcelain tiles configured with a built-in flush drainage channel. To maximize functionality, we integrated custom floating timber bench seating directly into the masonry recess, establishing a highly structured, ultra-modern outdoor courtyard layout.
Bespoke Internal Joinery & Architectural Details
Inside the property, precision carpentry played a vital role in defining the home's upscale aesthetic. Flanking the central chimney breast, our craftsmen built matching twin alcove units featuring custom paneled floor cabinetry and thick, floating display shelves. The transition into the main living zone was anchored by a beautifully restored plaster archway, perfectly matching the traditional lines of the property while introducing a clean, elegant architectural gateway into the new extension.
Luxury Kitchen Fit-Out & Advanced Lighting Architecture
The true showpiece of the Hamilton Way project is the masterfully executed kitchen and living area. The floor features a premium oak chevron herringbone pattern running flawlessly throughout the open space. The kitchen centers around a massive quartz-veined waterfall island complete with integrated gold fixtures, modern shaker-style cabinetry, and a dedicated skylight window array. To complete the premium ambiance, the outdoor terraced steps and custom timber seating were outfitted with concealed waterproof LED strip lighting, providing an exceptional, high-impact visual finish at dusk.
